We are thrilled and excited to announce the launch of our newest custom IDX website, http://www.Vesci.com
Mari Vesci of Mari Vesci REALTORS in Naples, FL has been a CyberSunshine client since 2002. This site is a completely custom website with a second generation of CyberSunshine custom modules.
Focusing on the resale market but wanting to ensure that her rental market is not overlooked, Mari wanted us to create a luxurious, upscale website that is packed with powerful features and functionality. The newly designed custom IDX property search is a considerable upgrade with its inclusion of the new automated home search technology that sends new listing information to clients via email as it comes available on the MLS.
A real highlight of the site is the featured community module. Using backend tools built specifically for her business, this site is a showcase for some of the most luxurious communities in the world. Highlighted by a community details page with photo slide shows, Google mapping and real time listing data, this module is a highly unique and powerful tool for additional listing exposure. It also helps buyers narrow down their choices in a clear and concise manner, giving them complete tours of over 50 communities without ever having to leave their house!
Mari's unique rental database is highlighted on the site as well. Showcasing some of the most exclusive properties available for rental vacations in Naples, this database is exclusive to Vesci.com. This database is maintained on the backend of the site and showcased to the public on the front end. Users can search, view property details, community info and request information on rental terms.
A recent addition is her Sand Dollar Blog- an informative newsletter that will serve to enhance user experience by providing timely and relevant market area information as it becomes available.
The new Vesci.com also includes our newly upgraded CyberSunshine intranet with enhanced functionality and Web 2.0 design.
