A Real Estate Blog to Call Our Own

Welcome to CyberSunshine's new Real Estate Blog!

The long-awaited CyberSunshine Real Estate Blog is now available for your viewing pleasure! I'm Erin, and I'll be doing all the blogging around here. I have a background in marketing and blogging and I am especially knowledgeable in the real estate industry. Some of you novice bloggers may already know me. I expect to teach you a few things, keep you mildly entertained, and answer many, many questions.

One of the first things I'm going to do is teach you exactly what a blog is, why you should have one, what you should do with it once you have accumulated one, and how to maintain the blog once you get it up and running. It sounds complicated, but trust me, it's a piece of cake! You'll be a professional blogger in no time at all, and your blog will be working for you. You wouldn't mind a few extra hits on your site per day, or some leads from clients who found you because of your blog, would you? Of course not.

Since I'm helping you out with this whole blogging thing, I wanted to share a few of my favorite blogs with you as well. I like them because they are excellent sources of knowledge. Brian at Copyblogger is great at making you think, and Darren at Problogger is the best blogger I know of. At least I think so. Both of these guys have managed to make a living doing nothing but blogging, and I think that's fantastic.

Because I want to make this blog transition as easy as pie, I'm also going to post the CyberSunshine Newsletter here every week. If you want to get an email when there's new information, be sure to sign up on our website. The blog will be like your one-stop-shop for news, entertainment and knowledge. It'll be just like People magazine without the crossword puzzle. What more could you ask for?

Well, I look forward to meeting all of you, and I expect to see your feedback and comments (class participation is strongly encouraged!). I love to hear from my readers. I especially like getting questions, because that shows me you're paying attention. So if you want to be heard, you know where to find me. You can also email me at erin@cybersunshine.com. I am always interested in ideas for new posts, and reader questions are the best inspiration. I'll even give you credit for being my muse.
