CyberSunshine, Inc. began as an entrepreneurial adventure for Chad and Cassandra Engeldinger in 1998. Shortly after moving to Florida, Chad and Cassandra started CyberSunshine in their home working late nights and weekends to develop their first website with database capabilities. Before IDX was even an option for agents and brokers, they figured out how to access listing data from an MLS system and post it to their client’s website. They designed and developed backend functionality that later became standard on many websites today. Today, CyberSunshine serves clients in over 30 states nationwide and several countries around the globe.

President & CEO

Born and raised in Wisconsin Rapids, WI, I moved to Southwest Florida with my wife Cassandra to work for the Naples Board of REALTORS® as a database programmer. There, I helped design and develop one of the first real estate membership intranets. I was one of three developers on an MLS system created by the local Boards (Sunshine MLS). My work at NABOR gave me insight and experience into the real estate industry that helped me integrate MLS technology into the business online.

As President and CEO of CyberSunshine, I now manage the business development, consulting and marketing arms of the company. I work in every capacity with my staff to ensure that the same standards of practice that Cassandra and I started over 10 years ago are followed today. Now that CyberSunshine has clients throughout the US and worldwide, I assist brokerages and boards in the areas of MLS technology, networking and database development, helping them expand their business through the use of Internet applications. I have written articles for Realty Times, Inman News and other media outlets. I have given various speaking presentations for the Florida Association of REALTORS® and RE/MAX International on real estate technology and applications associated with MLS data. In 2007, I was recognized by RealEstateTechnology.com as one of the Top 40 Under 40 Real Estate Technology professionals in the country.



Vice President & COO

Born and raised in Janesville, WI, I received my Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University. In 1998 I moved to Florida with my husband, Chad. Together we formed CyberSunshine, Inc. As Vice President and COO of CyberSunshine, I now focus on the daily operations and business development of the company. I study usability factors within online applications and work with my staff to create web media applications for the real estate industry that are both attractive and powerful. Residing in Southwest Florida, I was recently named one of Gulfshore Business Magazine's Top 40 Under 40 Business Professionals for my accomplishments both personally and professionally. Near and dear to my heart is the welfare of animals. I started one of the most successful online websites for a local no-kill animal shelter in Fort Myers, http://www.animalrefugecenter.com/ and currently serve as a board member in charge of technology.

My areas of expertise are with graphics design, user interface and usability. I have worked with real estate agents, brokers, franchise corporations and even designed the user interface of an MLS system. My designs have won numerous awards for their professional design, layout and usability. The majority of the clients who I worked directly with when we first started our company are still our clients; something we are all very proud of at CyberSunshine. I now work with my staff to ensure they continue our commitment to professional design with powerful functionality.
