As a company we pride ourselves on giving back to the community by making charitable donations to deserving organizations as well as community sponsorships of local youth soccer, baseball and waterskiing leagues. Our emphasis on family and community is what keeps the foundation of our company strong.
A local Florida organization that is particularly close to our heart is the Animal Refuge Center of Fort Myers, FL. Helping animals in need and organizations that assist those animals holds a special place in our hearts. Five years ago we recognized the Animal Refuge Center of Ft. Myers- an organization in our area that needed help getting the word out about their no-kill animal shelter and getting more animals adopted.
We felt that an effective online presence would not only help them get the word out about their organization, but also help get more animals adopted, as well as educate the public about the importance of spaying and neutering their pets. So we donated a complete, professionally designed web site with a wealth of information, including upcoming ARC events, projects, donation locations and programs, as well as a way for people to offer their time in the volunteer section. Packed with admin tools that allow them to make frequent updates to the site, their web site has become a vital tool for the people at ARC.
"Since CyberSunshine created our website, we have received many requests about our animals and incredibly a large portion of them have been adopted through these requests. There are at least 15 requests per day for more information about either animals, volunteering or receiving a newsletter. The website has increased our exposure to Lee County residents and also to people out of the area. One of our dogs actually got adopted by a couple who live in Ocala and saw her on the web! In addition to animal adoptions increasing, we have seen an increase in people volunteering and in attendance at our events. We're thrilled that CyberSunshine was generous enough to create the site, help maintain it and give us the proper direction to continue its development."

Relay For Life is a fun-filled overnight event designed to celebrate survivorship and raise money for research and programs of your American Cancer Society. During the event, teams of people gather at schools, fairgrounds, or parks and take turns walking or running laps. Each team tries to keep at least one team member on the track at all times. |

March of Dimes mission is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth, and infant mortality. They carry out this mission through research, community services, education and advocacy to save babies' lives. March of Dimes researchers, volunteers, educators, outreach workers and advocates work together to give all babies a fighting chance against the threats to their health: prematurity, birth defects, low birthweight.
